VISA PROCESSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These are conditions guiding this admission process.  

The applicant must carefully read and sign these conditions if he/she abides by them.

Your signature on this form means you have fully accepted the terms of engagement and they must be strictly followed. It states thus:-          

 The applicant shall bring his/her entire document to be used for admission purposes.

1. That the applicant will accept us to assist him/her to facilitate the admissions requirements. There will be a charge for the processing of these documents. He or she will choose his program of interest and his admission will be followed

2. He or she accepts us to look for him or her a program well suited for him or her following guide from the visa process and program most profitable and accepted at the embassy level (USA).

3. The applicant has a total number of three choices to make. That is: ï‚· There is a first program choice ï‚· A 2nd program choice ï‚· A 3th program choice out of which she/he accepts that any of his/her choice chosen    will be accepted and pays the appropriate fees and admission charges

4.  That there are also three chances. if the applicant did not have an acceptant a deny for a first application he will do a second and third time but after this time whatever he or she  gave to us will be refunded.

5. There is an initial deposit deducted from the charges as accepted from what was agreed as payment for the admission procedure. this initial deposit will be used for:

ï‚· For management fees

ï‚· For application fees payment

ï‚· For posting

ï‚· For processing documents in case he or she does not have complete documents.

ï‚· Accommodation deposit  

ï‚· Visa application fees  NB all documents must be official and from the issuing office or publicly notarized. Illegal documents will not be accepted.

6.   She/he accepts to pay the final fee that was accepted upon receipt of his/her admission. And if he/she refuse to pay, he must be fully responsible for his/her action before the law court.

7. After the admission process our contract ends. But if the applicant requires our services for up to the visa process to obtain his/her visa the following conditions apply.

ï‚· They must note that we cannot give a visa; visas are given by visa officers.

ï‚· We can only process and  give him/her the guide to attaining the visa.

ï‚· That we will help complete all the documents necessary most suited for visa.

ï‚· Assist him/her with pre- visa guides and other necessary assistance at the embassy level if she needs our services.

REFUNDS VARIES FROM ONE UNIVERSITY/ORGANIZATIONS/COMPANY AS NEED MAY BE AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST FOR IT BEFORE MAKING ANY PAYMENT

 ï‚· There is an additional fees charged that this applicant or client will have to pay us.

ï‚· Either before or after the visa interview and issuance.

ï‚· He/she will pay the required charges whether visa was issued or not. If visa denier is cost by the company, the company will take full responsibility to process for the client another visa but should this be cost by the client (during an interview with related or repeating questions) the company takes no responsibility for that and the client MUST pay the outstanding balance to the company.  The company will then use the outstanding balance to process he/she a Canadian visa All communication with said institution (university, college, company)  and the client shall be done using the company email and all transaction must carry the company letter head. Should in case the client wishes to use an alternative means of communication the following must be followed:

 1- The email must be acceptable by both party

 2- The second party (client) may not reply, move, forward or delete any inbox  3- The second party may not contact the university, college, company under any circumstances  Any violation of the above condition will be considered as a bridge of this contract and the second party will be liable to pay all the remanding balance. The total fees will be determined by discussion before document stating what was agreed upon and what has been given.
